Merchandize is shipped via express mail services directly from China to worldwide customers. The standard delivery time is 7 to 10 business days. There is no overnight service available.

• All items carry 12-month warranty.
• We will only exchange defective products with a brand new replacement, or offer "in-store" credit towards other product of equal or lesser value if a replacement is not in stock.
• Shipping costs are not refundable on delivery and return.
• This item's warranty becomes void:
  (1) If damaged is caused by: Undue wear & tear, dirt, misuse, incorrect installation or operation, neglect, accident or similar cause.
  (2) If the warranty seal is removed or damaged.
  
  If the warranty becomes void, buyer can still send the item back to us for repair.
